MobiKwik said that Mohit Narain, who served as Chief Operating Officer of consumer payments, has resigned due to health reasons.
His resignation took effect at the end of business on October 24, 2025, the fintech firm disclosed in a regulatory filing.
Narain became part of MobiKwik in 2018 and was promoted COO-Payments last February, managing key segments including UPI transactions, digital wallets, QR code payments, and payment devices.
This marks the company's second significant leadership departure this year.
Earlier in January, payments division co-founder and CEO Chandan Joshi had left the organization.
Meanwhile, MobiKwik implemented several internal promotions, appointing Saurabh Dwivedi as Chief Technology Officer and promoting Dhruv Wadhera to Senior Vice President for offline payments operations.
MobiKwik reported a 21% decline in operating revenue, which dropped to Rs 271 crore during the first quarter of fiscal year 2026 from Rs 342 crore in the corresponding period last year.
The company's losses also widened significantly, increasing more than sixfold to Rs 42 crore compared to the same quarter in the previous fiscal year.
