Moneyview seeks around Rs 6,000 crore valuation as it sets IPO price band at Rs 32-34

Digital lending startup Moneyview has announced a price band of Rs 32-34 per share for its upcoming initial public offering (IPO), valuing the company at nearly Rs 6,000 crore at the upper end.
The IPO will open on September 24 and close on September 28, while the anchor investor round is scheduled for September 23. Through the issue, the company aims to raise Rs 1,091.6 crore.
The public offering includes a fresh issue of Rs 750 crore and an offer-for-sale (OFS) of up to 10.04 crore shares by existing shareholders. At the highest price band, Moneyview’s market capitalization is estimated at around Rs 5,985 crore.
As per its draft red herring prospectus (DRHP), Moneyview was earlier targeting to raise Rs 1,500 crore from fresh issue and an offer for sale (OFS) of up to 13.61 crore shares.
Founders Puneet Agarwal and Sanjay Aggarwal, along with investors such as Accel, Tiger Global, Ribbit Capital, DI Investment and Crimson Winter, will offload shares through the OFS. Accel remains the company’s largest shareholder with a 21.89% stake, followed by Tiger Global at 13.79%.
For FY26, the company reported a 43.3% increase in revenue to Rs 3,351.2 crore, while profit stood at Rs 242.7 crore. In the first quarter of FY27, revenue rose 50.2% to Rs 1,041.1 crore and profit surged 158.8% to Rs 173.8 crore.
