Digital lending platform Moneyview made a strong stock market debut on Thursday, with its shares listing more than 60% above the initial public offering (IPO) issue price.

On the BSE, Moneyview opened at Rs 55.61 per share, a 63.6% premium over the issue price of Rs 34. On the NSE, the stock began trading at Rs 55, reflecting a 61.8% premium.

The listing follows strong investor interest in the company’s Rs 1,092 crore IPO, which was subscribed 98.46 times by the end of the bidding period. The QIB category was subscribed 227.45 times, while the non-institutional investor portion saw 115.41 times subscription. The retail portion was subscribed 19.57 times.

Moneyview had set the IPO price band at Rs 32-34 per share, implying a valuation of nearly Rs 6,000 crore at the upper end. The issue included a fresh issue of Rs 750 crore and an offer-for-sale of 10.05 crore shares valued at around Rs 342 crore.

The company plans to deploy Rs 325 crore from the fresh issue towards lending operations and Rs 250 crore to strengthen the capital base of its NBFC arm, Whizdm Finance.

Moneyview reported Rs 3,351 crore in revenue and Rs 242 crore in profit for FY26. Its loan disbursals increased 31% to Rs 23,099 crore during the year, while assets under management stood at Rs 22,520 crore as of June 2026.

Founded in 2014 by Puneet Agarwal and Sanjay Aggarwal, Moneyview offers personal loans along with products such as insurance, digital gold, credit cards and UPI services.
