TPG-backed NewQuest Asia Fund IV has sold a 1.36% stake in logistics startup Shadowfax for nearly Rs 200 crore through an open market transaction.

Exchange filings show that NewQuest offloaded 80 lakh shares at Rs 250.03 apiece. OxBow Master Fund acquired 47.85 lakh shares at Rs 250 each, amounting to about Rs 119.6 crore.

The latest transaction comes weeks after NewQuest sold 1.25 crore Shadowfax shares for around Rs 300.6 crore in August at Rs 240.46 per share. OxBow had picked up 69.32 lakh shares in that deal at Rs 240.25 apiece.

With the two transactions, NewQuest has sold nearly 2.05 crore Shadowfax shares worth more than Rs 500 crore. As of June 2026, the investor held an 11.53% stake in the logistics company, while OxBow has accumulated about a 2% holding through the deals.

The sell-off comes amid continued secondary-market activity in Shadowfax following its stock market debut. The company reported a 65% year-on-year increase in operating revenue to Rs 1,358 crore in Q1 FY27, while net profit jumped more than eightfold to Rs 65 crore.
