PowerUp Money has raised $10 million in a funding round led by Flourish Ventures, the wealthtech startup's Founder and CEO Prateek Jindal said in a LinkedIn post.

The round also saw participation from existing investors, including Peak XV Partners, Accel, Blume Ventures, Kae Capital, 8i Ventures and DeVC.

The Bengaluru-based startup plans to use the fresh capital to scale its managed wealth offering, Infinite, expand its recently launched Elite Prime service and strengthen its AI-led wealth management capabilities to make personalised financial advice more accessible to investors across different portfolio sizes.

Founded in 2024 by Jindal, former co-founder of Uni Cards, PowerUp Money operates a research-led, zero-commission mutual fund advisory platform. The startup claims to have over 15 lakh investors tracking mutual fund investments worth more than Rs 2.5 lakh crore on its platform. Its paid advisory offering, Elite, has crossed one lakh customers.

Earlier this year, the company launched Infinite, a managed wealth service for investors with larger portfolios and more complex financial requirements. The offering has accumulated nearly Rs 500 crore in assets under management (AUM) within nine months. It has also started rolling out Elite Prime, a digital wealth management service built around an AI-powered wealth coach and personal assistant.

Jindal said that he believes AI can fundamentally change what’s possible in wealth management.

"With an AI wealth coach and personal assistant at its core, Prime aims to bring investors the experience of having a dedicated wealth manager at a fraction of the traditional cost. It is designed for investors with small and mid-sized portfolios who want comprehensive guidance to build and manage their long-term wealth," he explained.

He also said that the startup aims to make high-quality and unbiased financial advice accessible to every Indian. He added that the company operates as a SEBI-registered investment adviser (RIA), earning through customer-paid fees rather than commissions from mutual funds.

PowerUp Money previously raised $12 million in a Series A funding round led by Peak XV Partners in December 2025. The round included participation from Accel, Blume Ventures, Kae Capital, 8i Ventures and DeVC. Before that, the startup raised $7.1 million in seed funding in June 2025, co-led by Accel, Blume Ventures and Kae Capital.

The wealthtech space in India has seen significant investor interest. This year, wealthtech startups such as AssetPlus, Wint Wealth, Bachatt, Prime Investor, Rovia, CREST, HyperNorm and Veriqus have also raised funding.
