Qualcomm Ventures has sold its remaining stake in logistics firm Shadowfax Technologies for Rs 157.28 crore through an open-market transaction.

According to BSE bulk deal data, Qualcomm Asia Pacific Pte Ltd, an affiliate of the US-based chipmaker, offloaded 57.13 lakh shares at an average price of Rs 275.30 apiece. The shares accounted for a 0.98% stake in the company.

The latest transaction follows an earlier sale in August, when Qualcomm sold 75 lakh Shadowfax shares for Rs 183.85 crore at an average price of Rs 245.13 per share. Together, the two transactions amounted to around Rs 341 crore. Qualcomm held a 2.26% stake in Shadowfax as of June 2026.

Qualcomm's exit comes amid a series of stake sales by other existing investors in Shadowfax, which had listed on the stock exchanges earlier in January. TPG-backed NewQuest Asia Fund IV has also reduced its holding through multiple bulk deals in recent months.

Founded in 2015 by Abhishek Bansal and Vaibhav Khandelwal, Shadowfax provides logistics services to e-commerce, quick-commerce and direct-to-consumer (D2C) businesses. The company has expanded its network to more than 16,000 pincodes.

Shadowfax reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 65.4 crore in Q1 FY27, up from Rs 8 crore in the corresponding quarter last year. Its operating revenue grew 65% year-on-year to Rs 1,358 crore during the quarter.
