For the fourth quarter of FY26, the company posted its first-ever quarterly net profit of Rs 3.1 crore but the profit included a deferred tax asset of Rs 8.2 crore.

Turtlemint, which listed on the stock exchanges last month, reported a 57% jump in revenue from operations to Rs 1,098.3 crore in the fiscal ended March 31, 2026, from Rs 700.3 crore in FY25.

The company's net loss during the fiscal was at Rs 184.2 crore as compared to Rs 194.1 crore in FY25, according to the company’s financial disclosures filed with the stock exchanges.

The startup’s adjusted EBITDA loss narrowed to Rs 105.5 crore in FY26 from Rs 186.3 crore in the previous fiscal.

For the fourth quarter of FY26, the Mumbai-based company posted its first-ever quarterly net profit of Rs 3.1 crore, compared to a net loss of Rs 39.4 crore in Q4 FY25. However, the profit included a deferred tax asset of Rs 8.2 crore, and excluding this impact, the company would have reported a loss of Rs 5.2 crore during the quarter.

During FY26, platform premium processed through its platform grew 31% to Rs 3,868 crore, while renewal revenue increased 51% to Rs 224 crore.

Founded by Dhirendra Mahyavanshi and Anand Prabhudesai, Turtlemint operates a technology-led platform for the distribution of insurance and other financial products.

"Our growth this quarter reflects the distribution strength of our platform and ecosystem," said Mahyavanshi.

The company expanded its network by adding more than 1.1 lakh digital partners during the year, taking its total partner base to over 6.5 lakh. It currently works with 46 insurers and has a presence across more than 19,000 pin codes.
