Peak XV, Elevation Capital offload Meesho shares worth Rs 1,949 crore via block deals

Early Meesho backers Peak XV Partners and Elevation Capital have sold a combined 2.27% stake in the e-commerce firm through block deals, raising Rs 1,949 crore.
Exchange data showed that both investors sold 5.24 crore shares each at Rs 186 per share. The stake sale attracted participation from several domestic and international institutional investors, with Axis Mutual Fund and Fidelity among the key buyers.
Other investors that picked up shares included UTI Mutual Fund, HSBC Mutual Fund, ICICI Prudential Life Insurance, Franklin Templeton Mutual Fund, Edelweiss Mutual Fund, Kotak Mahindra Mutual Fund, Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance, Morgan Stanley Asia Singapore, Goldman Sachs Bank Europe, Prudential Hong Kong, Societe Generale, BNP Paribas Financial Markets, Ashoka WhiteOak funds, Ghisallo Master Fund, India Acorn Fund and Susquehanna Pacific, among others.
Elevation Capital owned 12.04% of Meesho while Peak XV Partners held 10.06%, as of June 2026.
Meesho reported a 48% year-on-year rise in operating revenue to Rs 3,713 crore in Q1 FY27, while its net loss narrowed by 54% to Rs 133 crore from Rs 289 crore a year earlier.
