Voice-first AI tutoring platform YoLearn.ai has raised an undisclosed amount in a seed funding round led by ABP Education, the education arm of ABP Group.

The Noida-based startup will use the funding to expand its AI tutoring platform and reach more schools and students.

As part of the transaction, ABP Education will also support YoLearn.ai with content, marketing and distribution as the startup expands its AI-powered learning platform for K-12 students.

YoLearn.ai was founded by Kirti Prakash Mishra in January 2025, YoLearn.ai offers voice-based AI tutoring that students can access by scanning a code in their textbooks. The platform supports 22 Indian languages and provides learning, assessment and teacher-assistance tools.

The company aims to build personalised AI learning tools for students while helping schools and teachers integrate AI into classroom learning. Its platform supports CBSE, ICSE and state boards, while administrators can track learning outcomes, student progress, usage and areas requiring improvement.

YoLearn.ai had previously raised $500,000 in a pre-seed round at a valuation of $5 million. The round was co-led by DataAlpha.ai and White Swan Global, with participation from angel investors.
