AutoVRse secures $2.4 million from Singularity AMC, Lumikai

AutoVRse, an industrial AI transformation platform, has raised $2.4 million in a funding round from Singularity AMC's Large Value Fund III and Early Opportunities Fund, and existing investor Lumikai.
The Bengaluru-based startup will use the fresh capital to accelerate product development, deepen integrations with customer infrastructure, and expand go-to-market efforts in North America.
AutoVRse was founded in 2016 by Ashwin Jaishanker and Adarsh Muthappa. Jaishanker, who serves as CEO, previously worked at Bosch and holds an engineering background with expertise in immersive technologies. Muthappa, the company's CTO, brings experience in software engineering and extended reality (XR) development.
The startup provides AI-powered training and real-time field guidance for industrial operations through VR modules, AI-powered smart glasses, and mobile applications.
The company claims to have served more than 500,000 users across over 50 enterprise customers in North America, Europe, the GCC, and India including Amazon, Shell, ADNOC, ExxonMobil, Bosch, and NTPC and has crossed $8 million in ARR within 12 months of its global product rollout, with revenue growing 250% year-on-year.
AutoVRse previously raised $2 million in a seed funding round led by Lumikai in February 2024.
