Fractal Q4 FY26 revenue from operations up 17% to Rs 886 crore

Fractal's net profit expanded to Rs 116 crore in Q4 FY26 from Rs 55.5 crore in Q4 FY25.

Fractal recorded a 17% jump in revenue from operations to Rs 886.3 crore in Q4 FY26 from Rs 757.5 crore in the same quarter last fiscal.

For the full fiscal year, the company's revenue rose to Rs 3,363 crore in FY26 from Rs 2,816 crore in the previous financial year, filings with the stock exchanges show.

Fractal's net profit expanded to Rs 116 crore in Q4 FY26 from Rs 55.5 crore in Q4 FY25, a surge of 109%. For the full year, the company's profit grew 30% to Rs 286.8 crore in FY26.

Total expenses of Fractal grew to Rs 755.6 crore during the quarter as compared to Rs 674.6 crore in Q4 FY25, up 12%.

Employee cost jumped to Rs 570 crore in Q4 FY26 from Rs 526 crore in Q4 FY25, accounting for nearly 75% of the total expenses.

Founded in 2000, Fractal generates revenue through analytics and consulting services, along with licensing and subscription income from its AI platforms, including Cogentiq, Iqigai, and Kalaido.ai.

Fractal, which listed on the stock exchanges earlier this year in February, had made a tepid debut. Its shares have climbed over the weeks as it was trading at Rs 1,080.15 apiece on Tuesday, higher than its IPO price of Rs 900.
