The funding round was co-led by Sherpalo Ventures and Singapore's sovereign wealth fund GIC.

Aerospace Fasteners, which has manufacturing facilities at Rohtak, Haryana, will continue to operate under its existing management following the stake sale.
The startup had previously raised $3 million in a pre-Series A funding from Pravega Ventures in January 2025.
The funds raised will be used to build and add capacity at its upcoming 200,000 square feet facility in North Bangalore.
The fund will follow a multi-stage approach from venture, to growth, to late-stage private equity and pre-IPO opportunities.
The fresh capital will help the startup to build its advanced precision-manufacturing capabilities, expand its engineering team, and establish its first state-of-the-art production facility.
